Bellaire Police Arrest Drivers For Possession Of Marijuana

Bellaire police made arrests for possession of marijuana on March 14 and March 18.

Bellaire police arrested a 20-year-old man on March 18 for possession of 3.8 grams of marijuana.

According to police reports, police were dispatched to Randall’s parking lot, 5130 Bellaire, because two Hispanic males were sitting in a vehicle conducting drug activity.

Police arrived at the scene and arrested Julian Manrriques for possession of marijuana.

On March 14, Stephen Gorham, 59, was arrested for driving while license invalid.

According to police reports, an officer pulled over Gorham’s vehicle in the 5100 block of Bellaire for stopping in the crosswalk.

During the traffic stop, he was found to be driving with an invalid license.

Gorham’s passenger, Robert Stanford, 47, was found to be in possession of 2 grams of marijuana.

Stanford also had an outstanding Harris County Sheriff Office warrant for theft by check.

He was arrested for the offenses.
