FIFA has released the key details about the ticket purchasing process for the tournament scheduled to run from June 11 to July 19, 2026, across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Official ticket sales will begin on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. However, due to the high demand expected (an anticipated total attendance of about 6.5 million spectators), FIFA will split the process into several phases. Each phase will have different conditions regarding payment methods, product availability, and purchase steps, which will be outlined soon on the tournament’s official website.
To access tickets, it will be essential to have a FIFA ID, an account that interested buyers must create at FIFA.com/tickets. There they must register with their full name, date of birth, email address, country of residence, and preferred language.
This account will enable early notifications about the different sale phases and prices, as well as give you an advantage in acquiring tickets starting on September 10.
World Cup 2026 Packages: Which Are Available?
Although the final schedule with match times and venues will be announced in December, after the final draw, some exclusive packages are already available for purchase.
One of them is the hospitality package, which offers tickets in premium zones along with food and beverage service. In Mexico, these packages start at 34,200 Mexican pesos (about US$ 1,800), while in the United States prices start from US$ 2,000 and in Canada from US$ 1,800.

También están disponibles los paquetes “Follow My Team”, que permiten a los aficionados seguir a su selección nacional durante la fase de grupos e incluso en los octavos de final, en caso de que el equipo avance. En México, estos paquetes inician en 130,950 pesos mexicanos (cerca de US$ 6,956), mientras que en EE.UU. y Canadá parten desde US$ 6,750 y US$ 7,084, respectivamente.
Es importante destacar que la posesión de un boleto no garantiza automáticamente la entrada al país anfitrión, por lo que los asistentes deberán atender también los requisitos migratorios correspondientes.
El Mundial 2026 marcará un hito histórico al celebrarse por primera vez en tres países simultáneamente y con la participación de 48 selecciones. El Estadio Azteca de Ciudad de México será sede del partido inaugural el 11 de junio, mientras que el MetLife Stadium, en Nueva Jersey, albergará la gran final el 19 de julio.
