TYLER, Texas (EAST TEXAS NEWS) – Tyler police have detained a man accused of making obscene remarks to a young girl in the parking lot of an elementary school, while he was dressed only in a diaper and with a pacifier hanging around his neck.

Wesley Worl, 45, is charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and trespassing on private property. He remains in the Smith County Jail with a combined bond set at $600,000.

According to the police report, Worl approached an 11-year-old girl in the parking lot of Andy Woods Elementary School, located at 3131 Fry Ave., on July 29. After he made the comments, the girl rode away on her bicycle.

Authorities obtained arrest warrants for Worl on Thursday and then arrested him at his place of employment.
